The concept is a great learning experience that is held in conjunction with Dalhousie medical students. This is how it works: Residents volunteer to be a living “book”, with a title that students can “check out” for a 25 minute time slot.  This provides students/fellow residents with the chance to sit and chat with a resident whose title matches their interest..
